Who we are
This website, npxflow.com, is operated by Ninja Parkour X for the NPX Flow event in Ahmedabad, India. For anything related to this policy, write to contact@ninjaparkourx.com.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through our forms: your name, email address, phone number, and your area of interest (for example volunteering or partnership enquiries). Submissions are stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to the event team, and are used solely to contact you about the event, in line with the consent you give on the form.
Ticketing
Tickets are sold through Swiggy Scenes, our ticketing partner. When you book, your booking and payment details are handled entirely by Swiggy under Swiggy's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Two sections load content from third parties: the venue map (map tiles from OpenStreetMap and CARTO) and the Instagram feed. Like any web request, those services receive standard technical data such as your IP address when the content loads.
Your choices
To have your form submission corrected or deleted, email contact@ninjaparkourx.com from the address you signed up with and we'll take care of it.
